Our Dieticians graduated Silesian Medical University 5 years master studies and gained
their experience and knowledge through years of own practice and postgraduated courses.
Our aim is to help achieve the target and maintain it in most convenient way. We are not only creating diet plans, we are helping to understand the role of individually modyfied rules to be more effective.

Initial assessment 90e (approx. time 1 to 1,5h)
Include: diet and lifestyle history analysis, detailed medical history and blood results analysis, setting the goals and preferences, figure out what the issue is and explanation of the assessment findings plus answering all questions.
Second appointment 150e (approx. time 30-45 minutes)
Recieving a tailored 14 days specific meal plan with recipes. For optimal results you will be explained the key points and applied modyfications. Our email support is also included in the price. You will be asked to send weekly reports, together with any questions to keep you on track and stay motivated.
Follow up control appointment 160e (approx. 30-60 minutes)
Follow up appointments is to review the progress. We will review all discussed issues, blood results, health issues. Depends on desired goals. It will also include essential modyfications to improve the results and make it even more easy to you. You will get 14 days of a new meal plan.
